Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to snifter.
Appearance: dark amber color with a slight transparency along the sides and a quickly dissipating head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: pears, plums and cherries tones of their sweet flesh and their skins with some yeasty tones and light citrusy scents
Flavor: the tart and the sweet mesh and pull in a light clean sour to push through into the finish of the pears and plums
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat a sipper (maybe some kind of sessionability about this); some smoothness but also some dryness
Overall: I don't see this as a sour saison though some sour tones came out (that might have been because the bottle was slightly aged) but this could be construed as a fruited saison perhaps.
