Enchanter is a rich and decadent stout brewed with a hefty dose of liquid cacao and raspberry. We used a mountain of flaked oats and barley to impart a smooth and creamy mouthfeel which is further exaggerated thanks to several liquid gallons of chocolate. Imagine a raspberry chocolate mousse cake in beer form. Grab a slice and dig in!

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: black in the pour and black in the glass with a quickly dissipating head and didn't leave any lace
Aroma: big chocolate malts, red raspberry sweet to tart jammy - vibe
Flavor: lovely blend of the raspberry jam to the chocolate - sweet to subtle tart; finishes chocolatey and raspberry jammy
Texture: medium bodied, leaning into being a sipper; some smoothness along the tongue with a sly tickle of tart from the raspberries
Overall: this is what you call a decadent dessert beer.
