Tipping Point is a Single IPA version of Critical Mass that, like its predecessor, aims for complete hop saturation. Utilizing a massive dose of Citra hops, notes of grapefruit juice, mango smoothies, and tangerine sorbet float above its creamy base. Additionally, a charge of the experimental variety EXP 2B from our friends at the Hop Guild ignites our senses with a unique profile. Within its piney finish, notes of Asian pear, floral quince, and syrupy honeydew melon linger on the palate. This beer is the result of tried-and-true processes applied to the cutting edge of our craft.
The point of metamorphosis seems spontaneous, a stark delineation between the past and present. But we know all too well, the waste bin is littered with rough drafts and false starts. So how does the ornate architecture of our lives come to pass? Tediously, purposefully, patiently. Eventually, the days at our backs gain gravity, tipping the fulcrum into a new reality.

Pours a hazy, gold-lemon color, with mid-sized head. Aroma is very citrusy, with some tropical fruit and a touch of hop resin. Flavors follow. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.
