This is a limited edition brew. The 1850 India Ale is our interpretation of English ales that were being produced in the mid 1800's. It utilizes a single English pale malt(Maris Otter), and a single hop(Kent Goldings). Goldings are a variety favored by British brewers. It is a straw colored, unfiltered ale that has a fruity aroma and bitter, coming in at 65-70 IBU's and 5.8% ABV. It is light, crisp, and refreshing with a nice creamy head that comes from using traditional mashing methods.
