solid brown cakes, dark chocolate cake aroma. chewwy aroma, coconut. borubon. Flavor is super smooth, quite pastry but the bourbon is carried really well, and the beer does not come off as boozy, rather very smooth. oily thick mouthfeel, i think the added vanilla, and hazelnut stands out a bit too much, it's like these two are not super well integrated with the other flavors. the add character of course, especially the hazelnut. the coconut add a toasted coconut flavor to the already coconut like note you often get from bourbon BA stouts. This is a very good ba bourbon stout and a very very good pastry stout.
