BIRRA Italo-Americana is a creative project between Ben Neidhart (Connecticut, USA) & Giovanni Campari (Monticelli Terme, Italy) to design original recipes with Italian inspiration & American ingenuity
Pantera Rosa (Inspired by Italian sodas) pours with a pinkish hint from the hibiscus and a fluffy white head. A soft body from the wheat malt is balanced by a refreshing citrusy character from the ginger, coriander & lemon peel.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-clear copper color with a quickly dissipating finger's worth of white semi-foamy head; just light wispy lace
Aroma: sweet wheat, light coriander, lemony, subtle bubblegum, light floral to grassy character
Flavor: slightly leans towards the sweeter side with the previously mentioned aromas, subtle bitter floral tones in there; finishes with the sweet wheat, coriander and the lemony tones
Texture: between light and medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smooth tones, light coriander does stab a little bit on the tongue but really faint
Overall: I think I liked it more for me but honestly a true witbier, I only entered "witbier" in Brewver cause that's what OEC calls it but maybe trying this one again might change my perspective.
