Nice dark yellow pour almost no head. aroma is light. sourdough bread, some brett and lemon.taste of tropical fruit, more grass, a little bit of vinegar but it’s not an offensive taste at all. it’s really nice

Draft at Release the Funk. Hazy to cloudy golden color. Huge dusty, funky, sweaty aroma, one of the rare times I’ve gotten a sense of true horse blanket. Taste is dusty barnyard corners and attic cobwebs, earthy and sour. Delicious.
