Third Sally is our interpretation of a British Bitter brewed with Maris Otter & a touch of crystal malt. It pours copper in color with a fluffy cream colored head. Third Sally is hopped exclusively with Challenger hops giving it notes of orange peel, green tea & cedar.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: herbal tea, cracker/biscuity malts, grassy hops; floral hops and a little bit of cereal/sweet grains
Flavor: blends the previously mentioned aromas to a fine bitter quality like an English Bitter should be; finishes with the herbal tea, cracker/biscuity malts and a touch of the floral hops
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to light bodied; sessionable; good smoothness about this one
Overall: I say a nice English Bitter and would be a good one with some fish n' chips.
