Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow with some transparency to it and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet passion fruit with a little bit of the tartness; lighter tones of guava; light citrusy pulpiness and a sly note of biscuity malts
Flavor: bittersweet through the prior noted aromas; finishes somewhat passion fruity with a touch of lemon (not exactly sure where the lemon came from, hmmmmm, well it is what it is, I guess)
Texture: light to medium bodied - perhaps closer to the light side; sessionable; some smoothness but also noticeable dryness and some hop bitterness
Overall: I read somewhere OEC and Monstruo de Agua are calling this a Mexican IPA. I believe I could have this beer again - it's not bad.
