Bottle @ home, thanks to jcnielsen for sending! Pickle tickle. Pours a cloudy yellow appearance with a thin white head. The aroma smells like peperoncinos, pickles, salt, and some sweet citrus fruitiness. It smells like my dad’s homemade pickles and not necessarily in a bad way. I totally forgot this was a gose until I tried it. It certainly tastes like one with a tart, lemon, sea water flavor. The spices seem to be far more aromatic than flavorful which is excellent. It really just tastes like a tart lemon gose. Refreshing and fun. Usually these kind of concoctions are absolutely stupid but this is the exception. Not a drop drain poured. Really fun to drink. Nice call, Justin!

Draft at Release the Funk. I’m glad this one didn’t have any actual pickle in it, just the ingredients used to make various kinds of pickles. The aroma was lightly spiced. The taste was earthy spiced floral meadows. Very tasty.
