Bottle at Wicked Weed Funkatorium, pours a hazy bright red with a small off-pink head. Aroma brings out fresh raspberries, with some wild yeast and light oak barrels. Flavour is loaded with fresh raspberries, with wild yeast and acidic notes. Oaky and acidic. Very good.

Bottle, shared. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma is strong, tart berries. Vanilla, Greek yogurt, blood orange, and lime. Sweet and sharply tart. Medium body, with a creamy, acidic mouthfeel. This is a sharp, fruity, and lovely sour.

50CL, Acquired on my last trip to Asheville in May or maybe November? Enjoyed split 2 ways in Champagne Stem-ware at Fridge temp (35F). Allowed to warm to 45F
A - Insanely gorgeous ruby red appearance. It looks incredible with a small bit of champagne like bubbles in the glass.
S - Smells just like raspberry jam. Insanely good! Jammy, fruity, dry oak.
T - Holy Hell. This is insane! Jammy fruit, tart lemon, lime, oak presence, red wine, hay and cheese.
M - Spritzy, sparkling water, sweet oily finish.
O - I should state that I bought this randomly with a few other Wicked Weed Beers. I had no idea this was (as of July ’17) a Top 50 Lambic Fruit. But, after having had this, this is on par with Framboos and LP Framboise but it lacks the mouthfeel of those beers. Flavor wise, it’s on par!

Draft. A red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of raspberries and brettanomyces. The flavor is sour with notes of raspberries and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish. The acidity draws out the mouthwater.

Sample at the "Northeastern vs Northwestern Brewery Tasting" on 10/29/2016. The beer pours a clear ruby-red color with a medium foamy pinkish-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of tart berries, yeast, oak and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of tart raspberries, cherry, floral yeast and doughy malt. The finish is moderately sour with a raspberry aftertaste. Good beer all around.
