This traditional Irish stout has a base malt of Maris Otter malt hailing from North Norfolk England. The particular malt is floor kilned in the old world practices for three day to give it that much more authenticity. With the addition of Flaked, Roasted and chocolate as well as pale chocolate malt, this beer has huge coffee notes in the aroma with even more chocolate and complex coffee flavors to the taste.
