Over shot the gravity on this one. Oh well. Damn. Traditional Rauchbier style but Bock strong. Pleasant smokiness, good malt chewiness, lingering open hearth warm caramel.

Draft. Mahogany beer with a dark cream head. Smoke aroma. Smoke and light earth flavor with dark fruit. Medium bodied. Smoke and dark fruit linger with caramel.
