You might have noticed we use a lot of hops from the Southern Hemisphere because well, we like them for their intense tropical flavors. We set out on this IPA to stick with Pacific Northwest grown Citra and one of our recent favorite experimental hops HBC-638. The combination of the bold tropical notes from 638 and the passion fruit bomb of this lot of citra blends further with a special yeast that boost tropical hop aromas. Pours a light crayon yellow haze in the glass that never fades.
