Draft at Eight Days a Week Cool Muang, Chiang Mai. Poured almost black in colour with a mostly lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is big chocolate, light roasty. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, Earthy, light chocolate, liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.
