Panda at home, thanks to Mark the Bearded Avenger, 28/04/2026.
Moderate haze on a golden to light amber pour topped with a just off white cap.
Nose is grass, orange zest, straw, light herb.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, tangerine, melon, airy malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with light grassy hop bitterness.
Passable pale.

Bottle bought from the brewer at Chertsey Farmers Market. Opaque copper gold. Foamy white head is briefly triumphant but soon retreats. Aroma has light resin, tangy fruit, grains and bready malts. Flavourwise it's bitter with a bit of peripheral sourness. Resin and gooseberries. Underlying light malts. A watered down soda water element. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Basic.
