If you enjoy a crisp as hell, massively aromatic West Coast IPA then this beer is calling your name! A collab with Everywhere Beer Co in Orange, CA. Both breweries involved are pretty passionate about making assertive westies with huge tropical aromas. Nectaron, Krush, Mosaic and Riwaka come together to bring this beer a unique tropical aroma we’ve never quite experienced before. Notes of guava, pithy ruby red grapefruit and a little bit of that blueberry pixie dust.

From Good Times Oakland, canned February 2026.

Pours a clear pale gold, good head of foam that lasts. Retention and lacing are fine.

Smell is dank, tropical fruity, some grapefruit and grass.

The taste is tropical fruity, grapefruit, dank notes, grass towards the finish. West coast style with multiple varieties of hops. Juicy.

Mouthfeel is slick and juicy, I would drink this again.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated February 16, 2026.
Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of hop notes of passion fruit, guava, tropical citrus, and stone fruit. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a slightly hazy, golden color with a medium sized, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers on the edges. Light lacing and faint legs.
Flavor is a bit sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness with light alcohol notes. Lots of bright, fruity hop flavors. Passion fruit, stone fruit, guava and tropical citrus.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid IPA. Lots of fruity hop notes with a bit more of a malt backbone. Decent bitterness that lingers a bit in the finish.

Draft at Gourmat Haus as part of SF Beer Week. This was the best of East Bay day in my opinion. So good! Still hard for me to think of Cellarmaker as an East Bay brewer - but this is great!
