Our IPA is light in color with a rich body, and the majority of the hops are added late in the boil for flavor and aroma, so don’t be fooled by its pale golden color. Pint pour at the brewery, opening day party. Poured a hazy golden color with a nice medium-sized white head. Aroma was notes of citrus, floral notes. Flavor was nice floral notes, citrus. Had a bitter hop cone finish. Enjoyable.

Very big on initial hop aroma but the malt doesn’t have enougj backbone support. Great at first but not much of a solid finish. Golden pour with decent head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Tap at Churchkey.

4 oz draft pour at ChurchKey. Hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus and floral notes. Tastes of floral notes, citrus, light pine. Light body with a dry finish. Needs a little fine tuning but it’s okay.

Draft at Churchkey. Hazy golden color, white edge head. Aroma of freshly cut grass. Taste is butter resin. Somewhat astringent, dry finish.
