This saison was brewed on 01.07.2022 with purple egyptian barley and spelt from LINC malt. fermented with a mixed culture and aged for 8 months in a barrel from Bull Run distillery that held gin for 7 years(!). refermented on amber jewel and flavor grenade pluots. bottled 10.27.2022.
