Appearance: pale yellow to white bread crust colored with a one and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark bread & crust, dark fruit sweetness and some caramel/toffee whiffs, super light grassy hops
Flavor: malty sweet through the prior noted aromas; finishes malty bready and caramelly
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, good smoothness
Overall: nice enough Heller bock I believe I could have again.
