Introducing a collab with an old friend of ours that we absolutely adore… Josh Pfriem of pFriem Family Brewers!!! From Munich, to Hood River, to Philadelphia, to Cali, to so many other hang times together, we’ve been huge fans of the human that he is, along with all of the excellent beers that Josh and his team have been making since opening his spot in Hood River in 2012. Josh, and Quality Manager of pFriem Joe Schubert, worked through every little detail of this West Coast Pils with us, changing the water profile, the hopping, and lightening up the body to make it even snappier. Using the new crop year of Mosaic, we brought together fresh cryo hops from Loftus Ranches, along with pFriem’s super secret hand picked lot of Mosaic for INTENSE hopping. Tasting notes? Think orange bang, strawberry candy, and the devil’s lettuce.
