750ml bottle thanks to Toby via Jake if my memory serves me correct. Pours out a pale straw color topped with a small head. Nose is green apple lemongrass and some spice. Taste is more of the green apple spice citrus and a good amount of bread.

Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bread and grain with underlying grass, light fruits and a bit of Belgian yeast. Flavor has a good amount of sweet grains with light fruits and some Belgian yeast.

Bottle, picked up at the brewery. I love coming here, such a quality atmosphere. Popped the cork to watch Friday play at The Masters. Huge pop, thankfully no gushing. Sparkling golden pour with a modest white head that dies back real fast. Light ring throughout. Nose is sweet with seemingly apple cider notes, light florals and barnyard with faint yeast. Smooth. A balance taste of sweet (apple), malt, and yeast. Very minimal florals. Finishes dry, but soothing. The 11% is well hidden.
