12 oz. bottle. Best before date of 6/24/2014. Clear copper color with ample carbonation. Aroma is cooked vegetables and old malt. Not nice at all.
Flavor is a a reflection of the aroma, sadly. After I get past the vegetable flavor their is a bitterness in the finish that lingers slightly. Yet somehow no real hop flavor.
Overall, I was trying to find something positive to say. I just can’t say anything good about cooked vegetables without any other flavor. This is just plain sorry. Drain pour....

Nearly clear amber with a small, off-white head. Caramel malt, lightly vegetal aroma. Taste is faint pine, caramel, floral hops. Malty. Very mild in both sweetness and hops. Drinks like a nice English bitter to me.

Draft at Beer Run. Pours a clear amber color with a thin tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of pale malts, butter, herbal hops, mild toast. The taste is buttered popcorn, pale malts, faint herbal hops. Medium bodied. Diacetyl.

Bottle thanks to Douglas. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipated to the edges quickly and laced nicely. Aroma has a good amount of grains and bread with a bit of a grassy hop note. Flavor is similarly malty with grains and bread throughout with a bit of grass and a hint of flora toward the finish.

Taste: pine, citrus, caramel
This is so much better on tap at the brewery than bottled.

Courtesy of douglas88. 12oz bottle pours clear gold with copper hues and off white head. The mild aroma tosses up notes of citrus, pine and malts. The taste begins kind of neutral then growing into orange and grapefruit hop bitterness. By midway a pulse of sweet malts move forward and then fade leaving mostly citrus and pine like hop bitterness. The sweet malts return as a thin layer of citrus hops hanging around in the after taste. It seems it could us some late boil addition hop flavor to balance out what tastes mostly like hop bitterness.
