Imperial stout aged 26 months in a blend of 5 and 7 year Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, then an additional 12 months in a blend of 10 year Elijah Craig bourbon barrels, Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and Laird's Apple Brandy barrels before being finished in a single 18 year Elijah Craig bourbon barrel for 6 more months

Intense barrel notes, woody oakiness and vanilla, loads of chocolate sauce, oak, cocoa, bourbon, faint vibes of toffee, salted caramel and syrup. Pretty intense and barrel forward, quite good.
