Sudachi Sour Beer
Sudachi fruit are Japanese hybrid limes with a totally distinctive zesty refreshing flavour. A bready but balanced malt base holds up the complex acidity, tart citrus fruit and slight green peppercorn brightness in a sharp, refreshing sessionable sour.
