Sudachi fruit are Japanese hybrid limes with a totally distinctive zesty refreshing flavour. A bready but balanced malt base holds up the complex acidity, tart citrus fruit and slight green peppercorn brightness in a sharp, refreshing sessionable sour.

Appearance - cloudy pale, milky yellow with a thin off-white head.
Nose - lime zest, furniture polish.
Taste - milder lime notes this time and more creamy.
Palate - light bodied, creamy middle and gentle zest on the finish.
Overall - good.

Can thanks to McCash. Pours hazy pale yellow with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas of lime and biscuit, light spice. Taste is bready malt and zingy lime. Thin, sweet finish
