Into a tulip.
Appearance: thick hazy orange color with a fairly quickly dissipating foamy white head which didn't leave much lace
Aroma: sweet Vidalia onions, pineapple, papaya and orange pulpy hop notes that go slap happy against a nice clean malty backbone
Flavor: bittersweet juicy orange to papaya tones with a super clean low-riding malt bill; finishes oniony with papayas and pineapples
Texture: medium bodied, surely a sipper; lovely smoothness without the body showing any sort of downgraded watery or mobile tones - it's smooth to the point of knowing this is still beer!
Overall: what an absolutely lovely NEDIPA, so daggum good!
