Taster at the COS location. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a small, white head. The nose is grapefruit, quinine, hay, pine, and light vanilla. Sweet and malty, with a big, drying, bracing bitterness. Medium body, hard, and musty. Aggressive and interesting, but a little harsh.
