Our newest Belgian dubbel relies on Abbey yeast (hint: it starts with a W) and is part of our collaboration with Sunken Silo Brew Works that brewed Tripel Tun. Reddish brown in hue, Dubbel Tun balances deep malt flavors with dark fruit, growing more interesting as it warms. Combined Flounder-Sunken Silo 4-packs (Dubbel + Tripel Tun) are available at select retailers. And forgive the discrepancy in ABV on the Flounder Brewing cans. Dubbel Tun did finish at 7.2%. Cheers!

Draft at the brewery (Center in Photo), 2/26/26. Caramel -orange color, off white head. Lace that almost costs the glass. Sweet, Belgian yeast, raisin, dark fruit. Highly drinkable. Rather sweet. Lots of flavor. A little sweeter than I prefer, but still really tasty.
