A few weeks ago we invited our barrier island buddies up to Seaside Heights to brew a collision of flagship IPAs; our Drowning Clown and @shipbottombrewery The Shack. We used the base recipe for Clown and hopped it according to the specs from Rob and the team down in Beach Haven a la The Shack.
The bottom line is it's been a while, ALL HAIL SIMCOE! We're grateful for having the best of excuses to get that hop back in rotation. Cheers!
