Missouri Wild Ale with Red and Black Raspberries
Bramble is our newest fruited Missouri Wild Ale. For this beer we used a blend of Oregon red and black raspberries, the Fuzzy base beer (higher acid blonde), and let everything sit and referment. At maturation, we packaged this beautiful beer and have let it rest in bottles for almost a year.

Tap @ Frederiks Bar. Hazy red brown with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberries and vinegar. Flavor is medium sweet and very acidic. Dry and very acidic finish. I’m not sure this level of acid is intended. 050626
