Wouldn't know it was 9%. The seas would feel real rough after a few of these.

12 ounce can from Urrban Barley in NYC. Hazy gold pour. Small rocky white head. Fragrant citrus and pine hop nose. Big citrus and pine notes upfront. Spicy and bitter with a tasty toasted malt backbone. Crisp, bittersweet, peppery hops in finish. 8.5%ABV hides wel. Very drinkable DIPA, well done.

Very tasty stuff. I?ve had a couple Grey Sails before but this one is wonderful. Reminds me of some of the better Ontario IPAs in style. Lots of grapefruit and tangerine with tiny not of pine that makes this prickly like, well, a pine cone... Wonderful mix. Cloudy orange pour with good head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Can thanks to Jow.
