Draft at the source, as Octoberfest, 4.3% abv. Clear golden yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of biscuit dough. Taste is papery biscuits.

(Draught at the brewpub) Poured with copper colour and clear with small white head. Aroma of malts and molasses. Medium bodied palate with high carbonation. Tasted of malts, molasses, hops, sweetness and bitterness. Molasses and bitterness in aftertaste.
