This Keg-only Experimental,Progressive,Hazy and Fruity IPA was made using genetically re-sequenced yeast that biotransforms compounds found in malt and hops to unleash thiols that evoke grapefruit, passion fruit and guava aromas reminiscent of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and Southern Hemisphere Hops. Very successful as a science experiment. A fairly middle of the road DIPA-tasting beer. There’s a lot on the nose and in the finish, but not much in the middle. Creamy grapefruit and citrus notes.
