We named our third DIPA in honour of founder David Gallie’s third child, Alessia. Expect a extra large expression of a classic Westcoast style IPA.

Featuring Cascade, a cornerstone of American hops, known for it’s citrus and pine profile, the flavours are enhanced with the addition of Azacca and Chinook to build on the ctirus. This agressively hopped Double IPA is a real treat.
