This one turns it up to 11!! It is a massive in your face heavily-fruited mixed fermentation sour. Brewed with 120kg Fresh & Juicy Real Whole Peach , fermented with Brettanomyces and lactobacillus. Its a tart, juicy and yoghurt-like sour packed full of peach, tropical fruits and stone fruits character.

Massive fresh peach nose, tart funk to follow. A bit of roundness, almond-like and yoghurt tart slightly. Really easy drinking, dangerous at 9%
