This amber lager is a medium-bodied lager with a toasty or caramel like maltiness, herbal hops and has a mild woody cinnamon-ish aroma to the french oak that has been used when fermenting. Since there were a lot of amber ales, we turned this into an Amber lager – lighter for summer times too. Added a bit of twist to this by aging the lager in french oak wood to give you the woody feel.
