Aromas of clove, peppercorn and Chinese box orange radiate from the beer, balanced with delightful fruitiness of lemon, orange, peach and pome fruit and subtle dry hay. Notable wild peppercorn, wildflower, earthy and herbal flavours come through on the palate, carried perfectly by the mouthfeel for a refreshing sessionable beer.
