A tart, tannic, rich, medium bodied cider using some of our favorite heirloom cider apple varieties. Features dark fruit flavors and apple skin aromatics. A portion of the blend was aged in hogshead Sherry barrels for over 10 months.

750 ml bottle shared with a friend. Batch 1. Aromas of apples, light funk, lemons. Tastes of apples, funk, lemons, tart acidic notes, light oak. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Bottle - Funky farmhouse notes, light manure and light Apple.  Pale yellow gold.  Sweet tart Apple and acidity.

Bottle. Pours cloudy greenish yellow. Nose/taste of fresh apple, light tart apple, apple core and lightly tart lemon. Medium body.

Quite nice. Cloudy golden pour. Tart finish. Light apple. Soft carbonation. Some peel in here. Tap at Right Proper.

Draft at Right Proper. Cloudy yellow. Nice aroma of tart apple skins, stone fruit. Taste is tart and funky vanilla, apple, citrus. Nice.

Draft pour at Millstone’s First Annual Apple Harvest. Aroma was light tart apples. Tart and earthy notes in this one, light wood. Nice acidic notes makes this pretty interesting, alcohol comes through a bit more in this one, despite it only being 8%.
