Api Pils

After the scorching sun baked and dried out these chillies, we dosed a few handful of them into our Pils to push the boundaries of our craft. Singapore is synonymous with heat, and our Api Pils celebrates that; with its spicy flavours, and the fact that it's perfect for a hot day. The aroma of the red peppers makes for a refreshing change from the usual hop bouquet, and tiny tendrils of heat linger on an otherwise crisp finish. Die die must try.
