We love hops, but this time around we cheated on them. It’s okay, I don’t think we got caught. 7 Botanicals combine for a wonderfully different beer, embracing a style that’s older than numbers. We move it through time and space to give it a little lick of Vietnam 2023. Tart, medium-full, yet still very refreshing and bursting with character. Probably very healthy too*
