After Albert had a gazillion beers and hysterical laughs with his new friend Paul from Cloudwater Brew Co., they decided to brew together at DA BINO. While Albert wanted to brew the amazing hoppy beers from Cloudwater, Paul showed more of an interest in testing out the friability of the Hong Kong’s tropical fruits with his own body parts. Albert had such a blast making the beer that day, it could be the day in life he blew his mind in the brewhouse.

Here’s a mango sago pomelo pudding inspired sour IPA dry hopped with NZ hops (Superdelic, Pacifica, and Nelson Sauvin) and conditioned with hand stirred sago, machine blended grapefruits, and body smashed mangos. Tart, zesty, and packed with tropical fruit flavors like a mango fruit roll!
