Pours a murky, honey-gold, with smallish head. Aroma is fruity wheat esters. Flavor follows, with some cereal. Fairly clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Isoamyl acetate but no phenols. Easy drinking soft and wheat. Nice to try this, but not sure that it hits the style. An American yeast maybe?
