Brewed side-by-side with Brett's Day Off to explore the impact of different yeast strains, this Hazy IPA was fermented with Brett(anomyces) yeast. Brett adds a funky, farmy complexity, juicy wine-like acidity, and a touch of mystery. Who the F%#k is Brett?
