Hazy bright golden. Much head. Aroma is spelt, grapes, some faint fruit. Taste is harsh bitter with not much sourness. A little boring.

Bottle. Light Cloudy yellow, offwhite head. Fresh lime and lemon aroma with light underlying Funk. Medium light dry body, a bit chalky, tart lemon, light funky mineral grain, earthy retronasal, with citrus peel.

Bottle, many thanks JefVerstraete! Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is fresh grassy hops, fresh yeast, lemon peel, quite some spelt in there. Taste is light farmhouse, spelt, grassy hops, a bit milky yeast, a bit rough mineralic character. Silky mouthfeel with soft, but high carbonation. Very good one!

0.33 bottle, hazy straw, good sour aroma. Rather astringent from the spelt, to dry for my taste due to this.

On tap. Pours a hazy yellow/amber with full head. Aromas of lemon wax and wheaty malts. Flavors of sharp bitter citrus peel, earthy yeast and more wheaty malts.

Keg at MK VHX, 14/03/18. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a solid off white covering. Nose is citric zest, light floral whisper, lemon rind, yeast aroma, grass. Taste comprises orange wine gums, yeast esters, straw, lemon rind, grains, faint white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with hop presence evident. Nice crisp clean saison with a hoppy bite.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is funky and slight grassy. Bitter, slight herbal. Dry. Bitter and lingering mild fruity. Dry and bitter, slight herbal finish.
