Brewed on our first anniversary and aged for 12 months in barrel to celbrate our second year..Pours a deep amber color. Aromas of caramel, toffee, molases. Subtle oak character with hints of vanilla. Drinks surprisingly easy for 11.9%, medium to full bodied with plum & raisin dominant and subtle tanins from the oak lingering with the malt sweetness. Best to age for a few months and will last well into the future.
