Brewed for our annual smoked beer celebration, Eins Zwanzig (meaning: ‘1/20’) is our love letter to Bamberg - the Smoked Beer capital of the world. Using a calculated blend of cherry wood smoked malt, oak smoked malt, and beechwood smoked malt, our 2025 version of Rauchbier features classic notes of honey-glazed ham and crusty bread with a hint of floral hop character. Lagered for seven weeks and naturally carbonated, Eins Zwanzig brings to mind endless hours spent gulping back beers at Spezial, Schlenkerla, and many other influential breweries of a town that’s become deeply embedded in our deep admiration for Smoked Beer.
