We love stout. We knew we wanted ours to have all the “turned-up-to-eleven” flavours of a New World stout along with the smooth, creamy mouth-feel that only rolled oats can add. Expect an almost-smoky, bittersweet chocolate flavour from a variety of roasted malts, a subtle sweetness from crystal malt, a hint of aroma hops, and a smooth full body.

Poured from 473mL can. Dark brown with minimal beige head. Oaty, roast malt, mild sweetness from the crystal malt. Simple, inoffensive, okay. Nothing to write home about, but will do in a pinch. Would be pretty decent if I was rating this 20 years ago, but it's 2022 now so rating accordingly since they're still brewing it like this...

This stout poured a deep black colour with a dark brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include cocoa, a little coffee, burnt toast and a little paint thinner? First swig was smooth, roasty and delicious. Nice creamy mouth with flavours of dark chocolate, a little coffee, molasses and ash. Finish is burnt and lightly sweet with a smokey sweetness lingering.

Wholaa it is a really black pour, and a big lawless lovely creamy beige head. Ok lacing. Lots of coffee/espresso, chocolate and mild roast in this beer. Creamy soft and smooth texture. Fine balance between sweetness and bitterness. A nice and tasty stout. Absolutely recommendable.

On tap at The Gahan House as part of the sampler. Pours a solid black color with a smallish but long lasting tan head. Aromas of roasted coffee and cream with hints of chocolate and light fruit. The flavor is roasty and sweet with bits of caramel and chocolate with just enough earth to counter. I enjoyed this a lot its a pretty decent stout.
