On tap at HS Pivnicka, pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out straw, cereal malt and biscuity notes. Flavour is clean, with cereal malt, straw and a bit of yeast. Clean and very drinkable. Good thirst-quencher.

On tap at the brewpub in Sarajevo. Shared with lovely Anja. Completely clear, light yellow, small white head. Boring grain aromas. Some bitterness, very boring. Very light, grassy hoppy finish. Is this unfiltered at all?

Spritzig hefig-herber Antrunk, leicht getreidig. Süßlich bitter, süffig, unauffällig. Gut trinkbar. 10/8/8/7//8

On tap at the brewpub in sarajevo. Pours a hazy yellow golden color, topped with a small white head. Quite flowery aroma. Taste issweet and grassy with some very minimal bitterness and slightly soury feel. Some bittery herbs in the aftertaste. A decent one.

Draft at the source. Hazy bright yellow color, huge fluffy white ice cream cone head with great retention and sheets of lacing. Aroma of rising bread dough, lemon pepper. Taste is bright, peppery, doughy, crisp and clean finish. Nice.

On tap at Pivnica HS Sarajevo, May 2014. A bit hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma and taste of bread, some hay, fruit and light yeast. Fairly refreshing and an ok one.

Draught at Pivnica HS, Sarajevo. Almost clear pale golden, rich firm head. Fruity bready nose. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grass and grains, notes of raisins and some wheat dough. Mid bitter finish. Mellow.

At the brewery - gorgeous building. Cloudy and pale. The aroma is doughy with light spiciness but also some funky fruitiness. The palate is similar, with the funk detracting from the other, more positive, attributes.

At the Pivnica HS. Typical pale Sarajevsko yellow body only hazy and carrying nice, lively streams of carbonation. Bready, subdued nose that carries some light acidity, slightly perfumey. The taste is a positive twist from the regular stuff. Perfumey, light and malty with very light lemon and grain. Subdued in general. Extremely light cute tartness in the finish instead of bitterness which just isn’t there. Not bad.
