We’re believers in the importance of the local. As a brewery, we started on Lamma Island, home to wild Wampi trees with a brief annual season. This citrus bursts with a phenomenally spicy, juicy, tangy, sweet character. Each year, we work with South Lamma's Mo Tat Wan community & our friend David Hopley to forage wampi at their seasonal peak, creating a refreshing foraged sour reflecting Lamma’s creativity & lush tropical landscape.

Appearance: Bright orange, light haze, off-white head.
Aroma: Massive fresh wampi, gentle citrus & tropical fruit, creamy soft sourness.
Taste: Tart slightly lactic wampi, easy carbonation & gentle bitterness. Refreshing with a lingering taste of fruit that is slightly mouth puckering & deliciously moreish.
