We made this with our friend Lana Svitankova (@lana_on_beer), who hand carried us some incredible Ukrainian sea salt from Drohobych Salt Works, we used that along with cold-pressed tomatoes and Mexican habanero.
A perfect beer for Sunday brunch or any time. There’s a long history back to 63CE of throwing tomatoes at bad actors and as an act of protest.
Maybe we should revive it in 2025.
Aroma: Fresh earthy tomato, spicy and fruity habanero.
Appearance: Pale pink fresh Heirloom tomato, light pink head
Taste: Habanero forward, with definite fruity spice, creamy rounded lightly sour tomato, finishes with a touch of lip-licking salinity.

Keg needed to be shaken, pouring a clear gold. Tomato and habanero are both there, although less spicy than it was in tank
